ENGINEERING

The Corporation is having about Rs.18 crores worth of fixed assets by way of office buildings, godowns, LPG outlets, Kerosene outlets, Petrol / Diesel outlets etc., in Andhra Pradesh and maintenance of these buildings is being monitored by the Engineering wing of Head Office from Hyderabad.

Further whenever the APSCSCL is proposing for construction of new office buildings, godowns, and LPG outlets, compound walls for new sites etc., supervision is made by Engineering wing.

Besides this, the Engineering Staff is daily attending for the routine maintenance of Head Office buildings, CRO Office, residential flats (12 Nos.) etc., and as on date the Corporation is having the following fixed assets as shown below.

1.Office Buildings

The Offices of District Managers are located in 15 buildings constructed by the Corporation at the following places.
(Vizianagram, Visakhapatam, Kakinada, Eluru, Vijayawada, Guntur, Nellore, Kurnool, Warangal, Khammam, Sangreddy, Nizamabad, Hyderabad, Srikakulam and Ananthapur.)

2.Food grains godowns (Buffer godowns)

The Corporation constructed 65 nos. buffer godowns in different places with a capacity of 53, 700 Mts.
(Vizianagaram-2, Visakhapatam-1, Kakinada (E.G)-1, Bhimavaram (W.G)-9, Pathipadu-1, Guntur-4, Tenali-1, Vinukonda-1 (Guntur District), Kurnool-2, Gudur-1, Banaganapalli-1 (Kurnool District), Warangal-3, Kismatpura-1, Hafeezpeta-5, Saroornagar-1 (R.R District), Maliaputti-1 (Srikakulam District), Telkapalli-1, Bejinipalli-1 (Mahaboobnagar District), Sangareddy-1, Andole 1, Dubbaka 1, Narasapur-2, Patancheru-1, Toopran-2, Shankarampet-2, Thogutta-3 (Medak District), Madanapalli-1, Santhipuram-1, Palamaner-1 (Chittor District), Boath-1, Jainath-1 Bellampalli-1, Luxsetpet-1, (Adilabad District), Singnamala-1, Gooty-1, C.K.Palli-1, Kambadur-1, Bukkapatnam-1(Ananthapur District), Vakadu-1, Atmakur-1 (Nellore District), Nalgonda-1 (Nalgonda District).

3.Food grains godowns (ESCOM godowns at MLS points)

The Corporation constructed 53 nos. godowns for MLS points with a storage capacity of 21, 400 Mts in the following 6 (six) Districts.
(Vizianagaram District 4, Visakhapatam District 16, Adilabad District 1, Nellore District2, Nalgonda District- 19, Kadapa District -11).

4.Onion Godowns

The Corporation has constructed 3 nos. Onion godowns with a capacity of 750Mts. at Madanapalli in Chittor District.

5.LPG Out lets & Show rooms

The Corporation is having 13nos. LPG outlets in the following places.
(Visakhapatam, Kakinada, Tenali, Guntur, Ananthapur, Kothagudem, Palvancha, Secunderabad, Nellore (2), Patancheru, Kamareddy, Rajahmundry)

6.Kerosene Outlets

The Corporation has constructed 4 nos. of Kerosene outlets in the following places.
(Prathipadu and Mangalagiri in Guntur District and Kavali in Nellore District. Kapra, Rangareddy District)

7.Petrol / Diesel outlets

The Corporation is having 4nos. Petrol/Diesel outlets in the following Places.
(Secretariat and Nampalli in Hyderabad, and Seethammadara in Visakhapatnam.)

8.Residential Quarters

The Corporation is having 16 nos. residential quarters in the following places.
(12 Nos. flats at Hyderabad, 3 Nos houses at Visakhapatam and Joint Collectors quarter at Sangreddy in Medak District.)

9. MLS point godowns of 500 Mts capacity under construction in different places
